It is the traction control warning light. But I also added the warninglight for the parkingbrake, for low battery, for oil, control light for highbeam, abs warning light and the check engine light. I do plan on making all the buttons illuminate.
Looks amazing this car Mitchieboy, I remember your old mods back on Rigs Of Rods, the only thing that let the CLK you made down was the fact it didn't really fold in an accident on the rear. I hope that this mod doesn't have the same problem as it really was a let down to the car considering I like smashing them up! I have always had a soft spot for the Mercedes C Class (1990's one, new ones are obviously no where near as cool) I think that this mod could be perfect if you could do something that I'd like to see. Most car mods on this game don't allow you to remove all windows, I'd like to see an option to remove the door cards, dashboard, side windows and maybe a way of removing the fuel tank and it still drives if that's possible? These cars have started to get used more often in Banger Racing. Seen quite a few in recent years just like the CLK, it would be really cool to see one where all the doors, bonnet and boot are welded shut. Hope to see this mod done by the end of May but I highly doubt that's gonna happen. Personally, I'd rather you spent longer making the mod to make it perfect than uploaded an unfinished version and carried on working on it. Also, if you are planning on doing anymore Mercedes Mods, it would be nice to see a Mercedes E Class Saloon and Estate (early 2000's one), really cheap cars these days in the UK and they are un killable! I'm sure you've probably considered making the E Class in the past though. It's not a request but I'm just saying I'd love to see some other Mercedes like that come to the game. As we all know, you're the only man who can make the best Mercedes mods! Keep up the good effort and I hope to see a few configurations of this car. So hope someone makes a DTM mod of this when it's finished!
The ABS on the car does not work anymore, I tried searching the wiki for ABS but I could not find it anywhere, how do I set the ABS in BeamNG?
If I remember correctly, the code for the brakes is in the suspension file. I remember adding ABS to the Covet a few game versions ago. I think it's a Boolean value. Search for ABS in the suspension files. If it's not there, my apologies. I could give you a more definitive answer if I was in front of my desktop.
Thank you, I've got it working now! Another question, on my gauge cluster I also added the ABS-Warning light, how do I test if it works? Same with the battery light.
No I mean the warninglight, there are two, the ABS indicator and the warninglight, where the warninglight means its broken I guess. --- Post updated --- Now with selectable radio! (more to come later) Changed the tint on the gauge lights to match the real life colour of these gaugelights. Surprise surprise, the radio features light too!
nope, the cars of this generation don't have a green indicationlight. I know since I've owned a 1999 CLK200 (pre facelift) and a 2000 CLK320 (facelift).
Yes, this is the 'Classic' but the car will be fully configurable with different inlays and button combinations! I will pre-configure the Classic, Esprit, Elegance and Sport.
