Looking for a specific type of map

I have 2 more questions, how do I get to these tracks from the free drive menu?
Also is there a way to separate all vehicles from map props, so I don't making the mistake of spawning in as something completely non-vehicle related?

Ok so I've tried both maps, and couldn't seem to get very far.
As soon as I start driving I just crash into something.
I was able to get a little further on the mountain map because I memorised the right turn when you spawn, however I just keep crashing and could not really get the experience I'm looking for.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
