Lock Front Steering - '89 Pessima

What if we had a part under the "steering" part that locks the front wheels? That way you could run it on only rear steering. If you just remove the steering, it flops around and doesn't work.

 

Would be fun, especially with the "better" rear steering for the pessima mod
