Just built myself a new PC about a week ago!

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700

GPU: Radeon RX 6600 8GB

RAM: 32GB DDR5-5600 MHz

Storage: Samsung 970 Evo SSD

OS: Windows 11 Home

 

Bought this gaming laptop last year, performs fine on normal graphics settings, motion blur, and dynamic reflections, gets around 40fps in west coast (overheating CPU for sm reason)
beamng kinda needs dlss/fsr

1TB storage (930GB usable for whatever reason)

My laptop also has an overheating problem. To solve it, I bought a stand with fans on the bottom (if you don't, make sure the computer is on a flat surface and there's nothing blacking the fans). I also got two fans to blow the heat off the surface of the laptop. Works like a dream, really.

You can never use the full ram + storage (unless you have multiple storage drives). Some of the storage and ram must be given to system processes.

Pros:
- Still runs most modern titles I'm interested in (my most recent playthrough is RAGE 2 on 1080p high)
- Works fine for daily tasks

Cons:
- It's a bit slow with Beam (mostly because of my mod count)
- The case I used is quite large (Fractal Design Define R5)

You have a Titan X and an HD 7990? I think they are rare to use on personal game computers.
