New specs (not done yet, currently working on it) Intel Core I9 Windows 10 (the best Windows) 32GB ram 1TB storage Placeholder graphics card - Nvidia GTX 1650 (Graphics Card to get - Nvidia RTX 3080TI or 3090)
Nvidia Geforce 1050ti Intel Core i3 9100f no ssd unfortunately 8 gb ram 400 mhz ( gonna upgrade to 32 gb 3200 mhz ) Windows 11 520 gb storage left
Asus Tuf Z390 Plus, Intel i7 9700kf 9th gen, 32gb 3200MHz Toughram ddr4, Asus Geforce RTX 2070 Super OC 8gb gddr6, Kingston solid 1tb, evga Supernova 850w gold., 60 fps nailed Win 10 64Bits.
Currently running a Lenovo Legion T5 prebuilt with a few modifications since purchase: 10400 i5 32GB DDR4 at 2666 (mismatch sticks) 500GB NVME SSD Dell OEM GTX1070 8GB from an Alienware aurora POS 550w oem power supply Replaced "stock" cooler with a Noctua NH12 Redux tower cooler I can run beam at high settings 1080p with a 75 FPS avg. I also got a z490 board for Christmas that I'm planning on throwing an 11700k or 11600k in, and be able to re-use most of my current setup.
HP Omen 15-dc1xxx Laptop i7 9750h RTX 2060 Laptop (it came overclocked for some reason, and it was brand new) 8 GB RAM (my biggest issue) 1 TB M.2 SSD Windows 11 (chill my dude) I can run beam on ultra 1920x1080p with 80-100 fps depending on the map, but my laptop really starts dropping frames after the 4th car. Do you guys thinks it's beacuse of the RAM?
MEDION Akoya E14409 intel core i3 1005g1 intel uhd graphics 8gb ram 2600mhz 240gb ssd Not a beast but most games run on low-medium settings smoothly(don’t ask how, idk)
Forgive me I don't know everything but I know Lenovo Legion AMD Ryzen 5800H Nvidia RTX 3060 8 Gigs ram
That's all the info needed really, but damn did they cheat you on the ram. That's a pretty good card (dunno about the cpu, I only know intel) and only 8 GB ram. How much did it cost for you?
Was that a personal choice or did the system get sold with only 8 gigs? Either way I'd seriously suggest getting another 8 gigs if you can.
Pc specs: Graphics: RTX 3060 Processor: Intel i5 10400f 6 cores overclocked to 3.90 GHz (normally 2.90 GHz) RAM: 32GB Runs very smooth. 80 fps easy.
PC: Acer Aspire C24-1650 All In One Processor: Intel Core i5-1135G7 Integrated Graphics: Intel Iris XE RAM: 8GB Playability: I run with low settings except lighting quality which is lowest and no anisotropic filtering and I have shadows enabled. Tire marks are on 1000 and grass on 0.25. I play in 1600 x 900 so I get 20-30 fps on WCUSA. When I bought it, it was £700 in 13/11/2021. The reason the specs are so bad is that I didn't know that I would fall in love with this game when I played it in 0.25. I really wished I got better hardware.
It was sold with 8 gigs. It is a gaming laptop after all --- Post updated --- But strangely, I can run most if not every Beam map at over 100 fps with high graphics The laptop was 1150 euro on a sale. I think the original value is like 1300 euro. My only issue is storage though. But then again I have Forza 5 and lots of other big games on it so thats probably my fault. Other than that great laptop --- Post updated --- Nevermind I almost just punched it because I clicked alt+enter and the game crashed while i was trying to take a screenshot
Good laptop, I used to use an identical one. It increased FPS greatly when I upgraded the RAM to two 16gb each DDR4-2666 SODIMMs. My current specs, no laptop anymore: SFF build with: i5-12600KF with NH-D12L cooler 64GB DDR4-3600MHz (2x32GB) 2TB Crucial P5 Plus SSD RTX 3060 Ti OC Solid 60 FPS unless I spawn a crazy amount of cars.
I remember back when I got one of my first "gaming" setups, I had to cut the ram down to 8 gigs just to cut costs down a bit but that was over a decade ago. No gaming laptop sold within the last few years should ever have only had 8 gigs, that's ridiculous.
