so when the FCV cars came out I noticed that they didn't have lights for the plate, strange I thought. Weeeeeeeeell a heck of a lot more months later I notice that EVERY car didn't have a light for the license plate, not even most mods. pros: looks more realistic and adds a bit to photos. cons less fps (maybe for some pc's) harder to implement (probably) see, no lights
