I done something on the car like blender , and I removed the two pics , the other one isn't from the internet , that is what I done

There is no other way I can say this but your modelling is extremely poor.

Poly flow is atrocious. (to me) It doesn't even look like the polygons are connected.

All you've done is put polygons tracing around the side blueprint, that is not how modelling works. I recommend watching one of the many useful tutorials on Youtube.
