I'm so pumped for this dude. My dream coming true, a soviet police car coming to beamng. Though one suggestion for if this is a preset for the zhiguli:
I'm not sure if something like this would be hard to add ontop of the car, but if it's possible that's great. SGU-60 was apparently a siren used alot in soviet union

 

i can model this no probs (when i get any free time soon). i modelled the milicja lightbar for the 125p and i think it came out pretty good

same here man, it's so wonderful. and so much progress so fast!!! other modders work on their mod for a year, and have no sort of estimate release date, but these guys know when it is ;D

 

I wouldn't get your hopes up for an early release, as they mentioned that the pack will be released near the new year... which is pretty soon lol
