Experimental KissMP - new multiplayer mod for BeamNG.drive

Remember to launch the bridge before you start the game!
it also HAS to be taken out of the zip folder you downloaded and moved somewhere on your computer.
If you plan on starting your own server, you'll need to launch the server application prior to game launch as well, along with the Bridge application.

Open it; Inside is another folder;


Open the folder above, and Inside you will see three folders, Linux, Windows and KISSMultiplayer.zip



Put the KISSMultiplayer.zip folder into your mods folder for BeamNG Drive.

Now, if you have a windows computer, open the windows folder, and inside of it you will see two .exe files


Move these two files to anywhere on your computer.
Then, launch kissmp-bridge.exe



Then, Launch BeamNG Drive.


STEPS FOR HOSTING YOUR OWN SERVER: YOU DO NOT NEED THIS UNLESS YOU PLAN ON HOSTING A PRIVATE SERVER>

IF you wish to HOST your own server, then you will have to launch the kissmp-server file, after placing it somewhere on your computer, and follow the steps linked to adjust the server to your needs. https://github.com/TheHellBox/KISS-multiplayer/wiki/Server-installation

In order to allow players to join your server, you will need to port forward. I personally reccommend this tutorial on doing so: https://www.wikihow.com/Portforward-Minecraft This tutorial is for a MINECRAFT SERVER, you will have to REPLACE THE PORT with the port shown in your config.json file, which is created when you launch the Kissmp-server.exe file.

 

Someone stole my username on Kissmp! Is there any way to prevent that from happening?

 

I don’t think so
Bad driver is just a common name, because it’s hard to drive in beam

Also, it happens quite often that when I join a server, everyone else leaves in under a minute. Has there been someone using my username who has gotten me a bad reputation or am I just being paranoid? I haven't played KissMP for 1-2 months, until yesterday, if that helps.

 

mod doesnt work for me, i can connect to servers, however other people's cars, while they do spawn in just redline on the spot.
i have followed all instructions but nothing.

 

If you close the bridge after connecting, don't. It causes a connection loss.

Try reinstalling the mod. You also may have an outdated mod.

 

You have KissMP mod inside REPO folder. Should move it to MODS folder.

 

it is not inside the repo folder, so idk what else might do this

 

Have you last 0.2.0.2 version? How you installed it?

 

This is as awesome as the BeamMP
