Spectacular work as always, absolutely love these maps Dang, sadley using this map and further new releases will only be in my dreams....I'll have to work harder and make more money to get a better higher spece PC
Unfortunately my PC (especially the GPU) is too potato to run the map (i5 4670K, 8GB RAM, GTX 1050 2GB) but on the bright side, I (kind of) have a modern kei car now with the pack.
also quick question, is there any way we can get the traffic ui for this map to be used on all maps so we dont have to spawn the generic traffic?
Well, managed to download it....lol...Vulkan crashed to desktop after 25mins trying to load it with no other mods installed, which was to be expected on my low spec PC. Tried the normal 'Launch' and to my surprise after 10mins loaded up and although averaging only 20 FPS I was happy just to do a fly around in 'FreeCam" and settled in the below spot for a single screenshot show below. I suspect using the non Vulkan version I am not getting the illuminated signage and lanterns working as going into World Editor to add a few lights into the below screenshot the 'Dragon Lanterns' down the alley illuminated in another screenshot i was setting up, but when exiting World Editor back into Photo Mode they went off....obviously a limitation so I suspect I will not be seeing the true visual experience, especially at Night Time using the non-Vulkan version of BeamNG. If the Devs have time to respond to this if they have any time. Looks absolutely awesome though, was geeking out doing a fly around...lol
I have it for my full traffic mod stuff but if I tried to duplicate it for just this it would start getting very annoying with managing it all so you'll just have to wait for now, if you really want to then I've included the vehicle group files you can spawn from inside the world editor's vehicle group manager tool.Annoyingly we don't have means to easily spawn them via the normal game systems or anything
Lights should work the same on Vulkan and D3D11. I'm not changing anything, you only get a warning in imgui window. Some lights are off if you are not running on Ultra Lighting settings tho.
They're traffic cars so they're made to be not resource intensive and only handle well enough for the ai to be able to control them. They technically are but I don't know why you'd ever want to because its not pleasant, and the models arent particularly detailed or anything and none of that will be changing because of the nature of what they are.
Thank you for the great map. How can I use Yakuza Simple Traffic on other maps? If possible, I would like to only have cars from Yakuza Simple Traffic appear.
You need to select and spawn "agent traffic yakuza" froom the vehicle groups editor in the world editor on any map and then enable traffic as usual. Unfortunately this is the only real way at the moment without manually spawning every car
wait what, i never knew u could do this, thats crazy, ngl that works for me bc now i can cut traffic (a lot of it) whilst burning my laptop, tysm :>
i wanna ask, did you make the traffic vehicles on ur own or did you get them from some game or smthng?
Let me ask again. I want to use "agent traffic yakuza" in the traffic on "Tokyo's Shuto Expressway". I set it up like in the picture, and even if I go to Radial Menu AI and Start Traffic, it doesn't work. Please give me some advice.
You need to select agent traffic yakuza in the bottom section, not the top section as this is what actually controls vehicle spawning: Then you can set an amount, enable shuffle and spawn them. These should then work when you press start traffic (not spawn traffic) from the radial menu
