I don't know what happened...

I was tuning the exhaust sound for the D-Series in the world editor within the engine audio debug app and I went to reset the vehicle but I don't know what I pressed and I lost the truck somewhere and I when to press F7 to set the vehicle at the camera to no avail. I restarted the game and this is what I got. And somehow the game can't find the engine and suspension.and every vehicle is spawning without wheels and the front suspension has no option for front tires if I do add wheels. Can someone help me with this please?
If I leave photo mode and the world editor I have to restart the game to get it back to normal
(The game is normal in safe mode and the truck was completely stock)
