I read article about that someone drove their BMW M3 inside their own house to protect it from the hurricane

Real love only exists between a man and his car.

You're both right. It was an BMW m3 e30.

What a wonderful thing to do. I would probably do the same, as that is one nice looking BMW. I wouldn't want it to perish in a storm like Matthew. Though if I lived in that area, I would've packed up to headed further into the country to escape the hurricane, so if I had a car like that, I'd take it with me. If I had something like a Pinto, I'd leave the thing behind.

I remember seeing on the news, showing a Crown Victoria police car sitting in the water. It really made me sad. :(

You realise that over a thousand people have been killed by the hurricane and aftermath of it, right? 38 in the US, and 22 in N. Carolina. I am fortunate have not lost any family in it. I also have family assisting in disaster relief. Matthew may be gone, but the flooding is getting worse all along the Carolina coastline.

I feel really bad for anyone living in Florida, even if they are a drug dealer, pimp or even a murderer, they don't deserve to die in a hurricane as violent as Matthews.
