How to fix this Road Decals bug?

    Hello guys
    I made some Snowrunner maps and I decided to start with BeamNG map making. Yesterday I generated a map using MapNG tool to get an accurate terrain and road network of a real world place that is familiar to me, checked it, moved spawn point and edited decals of a starting point. It was fine but when I launched my map today, I got this strange bug with random bugged decals, that you can see on these screenshots:

    Some decals got visibly duplicated and randomly (?) put on a map and I can't get rid of them because deleting them deletes also the propper ones. Strangely, roads (via Road Architect) are on fine and this tool not shows me bugged ones, so it must be Road Decals problem.
    Is this bug common? Can you help me to remove it?
