So I was trying to create a Gr.TC-like skin for Sunburst, looks like this so far:rolleyes:

Then I want to edit the glass texture (write something on the glass), I did a spare texture,
    sunburst_glass_number30_d.png
and a jbeam (you guys can download at the bottom of the thread and help me), but the "Numbered glass" don't show up in the Ctrl+W menu, or in the "Glass" selection.

You do realise that you need to make copies of the glass meshes to assign the materials to, right?
As for the parts not appearing... The slotType should be the same as the one the original glass has.

    Another tip:
Remove the original glass from that file and rename the file to something like sunburst_glass_numbers.jbeam so the game doesn't use this instead of the original file.
It's best for compatibility with updates. :)

Can see the numbered glass options now:p, but new problem: texture don't show up. I think probably because that you can't change windshield and side glass together, any idea?

As I said in my first post, you need to make copies of the glass meshes.
You'd also need to make a materials.cs file that maps the textures to the materials of the meshes.

For the meshes, you'd need to duplicate some parts of the .dae using a 3D modelling program, rename their materials and save it as a separate file.
This is more complicated than you thought it would be, isn't it? :p
