How to create a custom dashboard for roamer?

I was making an Electric Roamer which turned out well since it worked the way I want to but I wanna step further up and change the gauges to electric style. I already have the electric gauge texture but I have a very low iq when it comes to these levels of modding. I thought you can change the gauge cluster only but it looks like you will have to make a seperate dash to change the gauge cluster.

Btw I only plan on changing the texture and not the placement of the needles nor the dashboard

I am also trying to make a custom dash but my brain is also too small.

 

Also, pretty sure you don't need to make a whole dash, just the cluster. I tried, but failed. The biggest problem for me was the cluster texture I could not get to work as it always ended upside down on the wrong side of the truck underground.
