How can change the wheels of a car ?

I would like to move the wheels of a car but I don't know how, can you help me?

 

You mean changing what wheels are on the car? It's in the parts menu, if you go Suspension > Wheel Hubs > Wheels you should find it.

 

Ok thank you I knew it but I forgot to specify that it was to change the wheels of a mod!

 

Provided that it uses the wheel slot system, you can find it under one of the submenus of the front suspension. If it's a Russian mesh slap, it probably won't have that capability, and remaking it to include it is far too labor intensive to justify it.
