Also, if anyone is interrested, i made a little add-on for the Beat with engines and transmissions i already made before. It adds: - 550cc 4-valve inline-2 with a custom sound (28/35/42/52hp)* - 550cc 6-valve Inline-2 (30/37/45/55hp)* - 660cc SOHC Inline-3 (38/42/52/61hp)* - 660cc DOHC inline-3 (40/45/55/64hp)* - 660cc DOHC inline-4 (same specs as the inline-3) - 1.3L DOHC inline-4 (70/74/85/115) - A few intake types (carburetor/SPFI/MPFI/turbo/supercharger) - 2 ECUs - A few final drives - 2-speed auto - 3-speed auto - 4-speed auto - 3 CVT gearboxes, each with a different maximum rpm. - 1 exhaust with less impact on the engine power *the figures correspond to the engine's power when it is equiped with : carburetor/SPFI/MPFI/turbo or supercharger
Oh, I was referring to the cappuccino mod which is much further off than it's actual weight than this one
I think the brakes have too much power so it just pushes through the abs --- Post updated --- Idk the abs just isnt working for some reason
There's a repo mod that adds abs to vanilla race-brakes. Maybe you could try that? Edit: ABS Boi (Anti-lock braking system for every car) | BeamNG
im hoping that someone is able to add race tyres to those small 4 lugs cause i got really nice lookin rims on my custom "Touge" config but the car has nearly no grip in the higher rpms plus the ABS that isnt working. it is sometimes really hard to get corners right without the tail coming lose or locking up the brakes
that's what i thought, tbh for a paid mod from this guy, it's not even that bad appart from the use of a cached .dts instead of a collada. Overall i am still impressed by how well it handles, it rarely oversteers/understeer and all, pretty stable at high speed etc...
the map looks cool is that one of techeyys touge maps? also the Beat is really fun to drive even with its wheelspin problem on higher rpms
I'm on the other end with this. Got the most fun with drift steering, about 150HP, 100% lock 1-way lsd with 0 preload, 50:50 weight bias and 135/95R13 bias ply tires (natural tire physics mod as well). Not even drifting, but trying to go around the NS as smooth and fast as possible with heavy traffic.
I’ve already explained, the Te37s that were on the runner config initially weren’t supposed to be part of the mod so I removed them and changed the wheels on the config
