Amazing work so far. If just converting these things is all that was required then i'd make one, seeing as it isn't though only the lords of jbeam can create these masterpieces. As for the engines, they are still a 5.0 L pushrod OHV engine, 7500 rpm redline and a 10.1 compression ratio. The sound though...well it usually has a an unmistakeable gearbox whine singing along with it, those straight cut gears. Could you "borrow" the car sound from an existing game or some audio off YT might cut it, I got no clue how the car sounds are implemented in BeamNG Drive. Revo
That sound is nuts, the other drivers must hear the wailing banshee in the gear box and get outta the way. P.S That's just Herr Stiggy on his daily comute lol Gett out of ze vay !!
Steering has been totally broken for a while, AR162B is looking at it now. In the meantime have a video
Looks like it would be some crazy ass fun, the only problem I see (you'll probably improve it later) is the textures are a little low-res or something.
What can I say. I know! OH MY GOOOLLLLYYYYY GOOOOOSSHHHHHHH LET ME HAVE IT!!!! ARGHHHH IMA GONNA DIE FROM THE EXCITMENT!!!!!
quite possible for you to see the street legal version IRL. It was sold in the USA as a Chevy SS. The hsv tuned version was sold in the uk as a Vauxhall vxr8, one in my town actually, seen it a few times, very nice, only non crappy Vauxhall.
You're the only European that likes Holden, therefor you are the only European I do not find to be a total & utter wanker.
help wanted Need a JBeam guy to help me fix a left/right pull issue. After that it'll be really close to done.
If we can get Forza Horizon 2 models then I'll try Nope, I most likely won't just leave this to die though. Which means there will probably be progress eventually
Havent kept up to date with v8sc for years now but they should be roughly 600-700hp. and have very small steering lock. and generally limited to race tracks haha, It wont be a car to use on maps like east coast Looking forward to this being cleaned up and released
Great to see your modelling skills has become so much better since our old days in RoR xD Dem times, looks awesome mate. Keep it up, can't wait to try it out.
