I have a Dell XPS 8300. I just upgraded from a Radeon HD 7670 to a GTX 1050 Ti and from a 7200RPM HDD to a Samsung 500G 860 EVO SSD. It loads faster, but my FPS is the exact same as before. I have Windows 10 Pro x64, and for some reason, when I try to download drivers, it said they are not compatible. Please help, I don't want to have wasted $250!

Press CTRL+F, if waitforgpu is ~1 than you are being CPU limited

That means you're being incredibly CPU limited.

Lower number= GPU is having no problem keeping up
High number= CPU is waiting on your GPU

You might wanna have a look at the upcoming ryzen line up... Looks like some pretty good value for money there.
