    Hello everyone,

Please, I need some help and information.

I just discovered this game and would like to buy it. I have read your post talking about the differences between buying it on Humble or on Steam. I wanted to buy it on Humble and take advantage of the current offer and because I'm more interested in it being DRM-free, I don't like Steam's conditions.

My question is: If I buy from Humble, I can download the full game in its DRM-free version (and the updates when they come out by downloading the game again). But I saw that it includes a Steam key. Therefore, my doubts are:

-If you already have the DRM-free version, why do you want the Steam key?

-When you buy the game on Humble, you have to choose at that moment which version you want or both options will always be available.

-You can have both versions at the same time (Humble downloaded and Steam activated) or just one of them.

-Once one of the options is chosen it cannot be changed, or both options will always be available, for example, now you download it from Humble, but in a year, you prefer the Steam version.

I would appreciate any clarification since I don't want to make a mistake, and for example download the Humble version, then activate the Steam version and be left without the Humble version.

    Greetings and thank you,

Excuse my English, but I don't speak the language very well.

    Thanks for answering.
In the end I chose Humble because I don't mind using Steam and the constant updates of all the games, but it's a personal issue. But one question, since they gave me a Steam key by purchasing the game on Humble.
Could I sell that Steam key? and keep my game Humble? They are independent? Or they are assigned to a specific Steam account since I have my account linked in Humble.

I also wanted to say that the game is bothering me a lot although there is a lot to discover!

    Thank you!

NO!! why doesnt anyone know about the fact that humble bundle also gives a steam key, which is the same thing as buying it straight from steam! + its not just charity, humble bundle takes a lower margin, which is benefiting for the developers. + you get a non-drm installer which is the only way to play the game on windows 7 and 8.1 anymore. (with long wait times for updates)
ANSWER: just buy it on humble bundle. youll have it on steam.

I mean, does it really matter if the main game itself has no DRM on the Steam release?

end this for the love of god. the thread creator has probably bought it by now from somewhere, and is not replying or watching the thread anymore.

Damn, no need to get so pressed over someone disagreeing. All of the extra stuff you mention some people have no need for. I mean, I don't even currently have a PC from before windows 10. Personally, I'd still just buy it straight off of steam, easier process since it's right there.
