Nope. It's something British => American and not known much. Raced originally as a Gr.C2/IMSA Lights car, converted to a IMSA WSC car in 1994. Here is the WSC variant. Althrough it had a make/model name originally, it was renamed to feature ONLY the name in 1994.
Not a Jag... It was converted into a Porsche WSC-95 (Jag XJR-14 #614, in a WSC variant won the 1996 Le Mans 24 Hours), but not this one.
Well, it actually was named just Pegasus, and Argo is the definition of that it it was based on the Argo JM16 (they got an unknown JM16 with Mazda (rotary)/Cosworth/Buick engine, cut the roof off, added more aero and installed a BMW V12).It raced at IMSA in 1994 and 1995 with quite limited success (but it was actually the best-standing Pegasus car), starting from the Daytona 24 in 1994 (finished 39th overall, 4th in WSC - the #16 Spice DR3, #11 Tiga GT286, #9 Spice SE89P and the #44 Spice WSC94 came worse (DNF)).
Seems like the FSO Polonez (you didn't actually change the name of the photo xD)
And guess this.
