Grand Marshall Missing the Radiator

The Gavril Grand Marshall is missing the radiator, I've verified the files of the game to ensure there were no missing files and the problem still persists. I have deactivated any/all mods that I have and it seems to not be a conflict with Mods.

The main issue is that without the radiator, the vehicle overheats after about 2-3 minutes of driving around.

Have you tried deleting the G.M. in the game files and then verifying?

 

I have, and no luck unfortunately

 

I have the same problem, I don't know how to fix it either, I tried to verify the integrity of the files to make sure there were no mistakes, but it couldn't find any. I tried going to the customization and see if it was turned off, but there was not even a function to add or remove the radiator. :| :|
