In the abandoned desert?
there are a few things left that i want to do and im short on freetime these days, but it will get there.
...so dont expect an update before next weekend.
- added a old ww2 "Heinkel HE 111" wreck (plane).
- added "roamer" wrecks.
- redone the "abandonned village" + changed its location
- changed "ufo" location
- added "easteregg 3"
i havent made up my mind about :
- a road of sandtrails going trough the map (smoothed out, banked curves etc.)
- a recreation of the "c5 galaxy" crashsite from that earlier map
- the "abandonned airport" idea crosses my mind here and there although it wouldnt make much sense.
- bigger rock formations around the cave area.
i have recieved requests and suggestions from "underground tunnels" to "broken skyscrapers" and although many of them seemed very fun and interesting, most of them are out of my capability range.
Yup with a secret base or something that fits...
That's actually a good idea, not like others, like adding roads. I would be even better with milky way in night and it would make the map evenmore unique
So you mean the light on the sky?
Try to google it, Milky way is a galaxy you live in!

I think you answered your own question about the possible abandoned airport, you could try to put the airport to make it look like the HE 111 crashed a while before landing at a Luftwaffe airbase? But since the war it got abandoned since the allies didn't see any use of it? So looted the place and left it to rot?
also any chance of a screenshot tease?

Haha...sounds like me and my map. Every time I think of something new it grows and grows, eventually collapsing into zero progress...again.
I offer the advice I can't seem to take: release it with what you have and people will love it.
I understand that now when you are working on the GhostRiver map, updating this isn't your primary goal, but still - can we expect any progress maybe in the future as you said you already added some stuff?
this map make occur some crash and is very frustrating ... before the update 0.8 I doesn't crash
since the 0.8 the map keep crashing on certain point and is very frustrating and is crashing every time when I go into the cave with water
and I know this map was made before the 0.8 update and I play into this map for a long time ago without any crash so this map probably need work to port over the 0.8 update structure because this map need it and is absolutely amazing....
yes, you can. im sorry for letting this take so long but my free-time is close to zero during week days. ill put up an update first thing this weekend.
before i continue the river map. i promise
in the meantime i can finetune a bit and check what causes the crashes in the .8 update
i cant seem to figure out what causes the crashes... update delayed again until i do.
