I'll release an announcement soon-ish about the project future, but yeah there's a way on my end at least ^^' --- Post updated --- You press "U". The fire deparment config one should automatically start the signs, for the police version you have to activate your hazard lights --- Post updated --- Might be another mod that conflicts with mine. --- Post updated --- Soooooooooooooo Time for a different type of update. I will stop the development on this mod... ...but not on the mod idea. I'm currently having finally some time to rework most of my stuff, but it is so much that is just really bad quality that I just can't motivate myself to work on it. Therefore, I'm restarting this entire project. I'll lable this mod as outdated, yet it'll stay accessible to everyone, and start over. My plans are: Keep the basic skins, rework them one by one Remove all light bars and just start from scratch Release a Base Skin Pack with each skin having one config, one skin and one light bar (optional) Release an Advanced Skin Pack [Organisation] with skins of the same EMS organisation, but slight changes, such as vehicle number, license plate, config etc., since you normally don't have only one type of vehicle in your selection (so you have for example several ambulances that look the same, but have different lettering (11-48/1, 11-48/2, ...)) So yeah with all that said, let's see how this rework will go. Once all that is done you can savely remove this version of the German Emergency skin pack ^^
The mod is obsolete ok and you want to completely remastered it and fix it no problem wait, just do what you want. It's your mod and you decide for it.
(W.I.P. State Police 2/115 | KdoW FD BNG 1/10/1 with renovated light bars on PBR 1.5 textures/functions)
Sadly not because there seems to be little interest. If there's enough people tho I could set one up --- Post updated --- You can bet the new van will get these skins :> Close enough to these, might make a prisoner bus interior for them
Da brauchste den MAN mod https://www.beamng.com/threads/somewhat-outdated-man-tgs-euro-6.58752/ --- Post updated --- So due to my current life situation it's hard for me to get anything done besides the job. I'm trying my best, but at this point I can't promise anything anymore. Therefore, yeah...trying ^^'
Finally was able to work on some things. (Hänsch DBS 5000 inspired light bar; rework for LNA, BPol Roamer, Hopper Roamer) (Police bus interior number 1; city unit)
To not let this die I guess... yes I still work on it, just very slowly. The recent update, adding the sedan, broke the placement on all ETK800 skins, which really demotivated me. Figured now, that I want to rework most stuff anyways, that I'll rework all ETK skins and modernise them a bit. Some things will stay, just slight changes that, now that I have more knowledge, might fit better. EMS vehicle design has changed throughout the years, and so should these. The BOS base pack will include all reworked skins, whilst this will contain the original ones. With that said, hold on tight. There will be an update for this, guaranteed! It'll just...take some time.
Hah good news! Since Light Bars took up so much time I've partnered up with a good friend of mine and we've split the work, so the rework takes finally a lot less time. Stay tuned for more updates soon! :>
~~~Update plans~~~ As you all know this next update will split this mod into 2 parts: The BOS Base Pack and the BOS Advanced Pack. What does that mean exactly? The BOS Base Pack will include most of the current skins and configs of the GES pack to keep the pack simple enough for those who simply want a single skin per vehicle config and base stuff like custom light bars,... ...whilst the BOS Advanded Pack is supposed to be the big deal. The BOS Advanced Pack is and will probably be my only big project for the future. It will include custom light bars, upfits for vehicles, interiors and other neat little details that require time and manpower. Planned is currently...a lot lol. As you can see, 161 vehicles with more than 50 unique vehicle configs, interiors and upfits, is one big project, including a LOT of vehicles. I thought about splitting it up into either several packs or just leave as is as one massive pack. This can be decided later though, once the base pack is done. Another thing is that the update will be a forum instead of repo mod, but that shouldn't be much of an issue I'm open for questions or suggestions, so feel free to yoink em in. Release date for the BOS base pack will be around Mid/End of December. Thx for reading and have some light bar development pics C:
