Will there be different horsepower numbers compared to the Gen 6? like 900 horsepower for intermediates or 500 horsepower for superspeedway? yeah ik that since theres no draft in beamng, 500 horsepower wouldnt get you the 200 mph number, but the ai really doesnt like going that speed because they then have to slow down to what they think is a controllable speed in the corner, which gets everyone spread out

 

All depends the on the LiftCoef of the Undercarriage if there is one like the Gen 6 Camaro mod. The spoiler is just a small part of the effect.

 

Not to mention changing all of that will effect the set up and driving of the car and i don't wanna do that.

It'll probably come out later since i wanna test a lot of things i don't wanna test with the ford (fixing the roof flap jbeams (unlike the ford and toyota) (I'll fix it later though) also editing some values or some other things for just something a little different and cleaner than the gen 6 ford and toyota and solars chevy)

They actually were very safe. There were no driver fatalities in the years that it was run. And, although it had severe aero issues, it was the most advanced car in terms of safety at that point.

Like the Gen-6 never happened? Maybe. The Gen-5 created some of the best intermediate and superspeedway races that I can remember.
