Probably dealing with the huge influx of support/email/account issues that come with the popularity boost of a Steam release, fixing bugs that don't really show much in progress reports, or just taking a well-deserved break now that they're past a major milestone.
the steam release blog post was over 4 weeks ago, and there have been 3 significant updates and bug-fixes and you are wondering what they are doing? The most recent blog post was less than a week ago, maybe a week or a little more....seems like they are moving lightspeeds faster than they were last year, which was (we all thought) at a snails pace. explain?
Indeed. The September 2013 - June 2014 dry spell that flanked the initial release was far and away the worst. For those of us here since the beginning, this is practically heavenly.
I'm not saying there's no progress - in reality quite the opposite. I'm just saying that usually, even without much progress, we'd get a screenshot just to hold over the community.
I decided to buy a new keyboard today. It was completely on a whim. I originally went to MicroCenter for some more hard drives to increase storage, and spent it on a mechanical keyboard. Bought an Aula Mechanical Demon King. It was $54 and uses Aula house switches, which feel strangely similar to Razor's switches. Anyways, I absolutely love this keyboard. Found a viral video on why you shouldn't buy this keyboard. I'm here to tell you to do it. It's great for the budget minded consumer and feels great.
My opinion on Aula is pretty eh. I have an Aula mouse that I bought before I got my G402, it was okay. Not nearly as good as my G402 but better than a travel mouse. Had some scroll wheel issues that were made better (Not fixed) by taking it apart and cleaning it. I also gave it a soap water bath to clean it at one point. I bet that keyboard is pretty much the same. Better than a cheap rubberdome, but not as good as an established brand such as Corsair.
Shit, most of you weren't here for spring 2013. Biggest dry spell for this game by far. Hardly any progress updates, hardly any forum activity. I'm talking like, 10-15 threads updated in a 24-hour period. It sucked :|
I remember that.. Wasn't it quite some time after we finally got an update before the next one came out too?
I think it lasted into June, until they finally released a video and broke their silence. Can't remember exactly. There was some stuff going on before they released the video, but not much. Because back then it wasn't game updates that we lost our shit about, it was game videos from the devs.
http://www.youmobile.org/blogs/entry/Samsung-Galaxy-S3-Android-5-0-Lollipop-update-has-been-Canceled yeah well fuck you too samsung (i own a GS3, GSM AT&T version to be specific) guess it's time to get a new phone, probably will get a nexus 6, as amazon has it available on contract for my carrier for a REALLY good price (like $170 something)
It's not about being first. It's all about being the best. Holy crap this keyboard is loud. I love it.
Just do it yourself. Cyanogenmod as well as a whole host of other roms have got your back. On a related topic just updated my Galaxy S2 to Android 5.5.1 (CM12.1). Damn it is running smoothly, i had to repartition the device though so that i could have more space to install apps etc. It benchmarks pretty good too, not bad for a phone that is over 3 years old.
is there any rom that has touchwiz? or at least has a lot of the same features as touchwiz (especially that cog on the volume slider that lets you change all the volume once pressed)
WarnerBrothers Games have stopped all PC sales of Batman: Arkham Knight until possibly August/September Awesome
Typical. Toshiba are living on their reputation anymore. I wish they were still built like they were in the early 2000's. As soon as the Core i series CPUs came out, Toshiba stopped caring about quality.
The only touchwiz roms you will find are samsung ones, so there are none above kitkat that have touchwiz. But cyanogenmod has a menu button next to the volume slider that allows you to adjest all of the volumes. It also allows you to adjust screen brightness by sliding your finger along the status bar as well as many other cool features. There will also be many other roms that do the same or similar things.
