I sort of got used to it. I know where eveyrything that's important is. The only reason it really got that cluttered was because of GTA V modding. I backed up the files for a bit, until I ran out of dektop. I need a second monitor. Or a 2560x1440 monitor. Either would be nice, but a 970 is a better investment in my opinion. Actually, since the monitor I have only costs 110€, I could buy a 970 and another one of these monitors. I could let one of them run on the integrated graphics, and let the other one run on the 970. That way I wouldn't have to stress my 970 unnecessarely. And, since I would only use 1 monitor for gaming, my plan might actually work. Then again, it's a plan that I made, so the word might plays a big roll here.
Turns out over this weekend one student from our school has died and a teacher from our neighbouring school was killed in a house fire. Been an interesting day at school with both students and staff beeing in a less than cheery mood. The student died in a dirtbike incident, he needed to recover after an operation but ignored advice and went out on his motorbike, came of his bike and is no longer with us, he was wearing full safety gear at the time. I didnt know him but it was weird seeing many of the lower school students sat in the corners of rooms crying. Considering that i found that a bit rough this morning i cant imagine how bad it is for the students that knew him. Must be pretty hard for them. Especially his family.
actually, yes you can* http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility (*coming later this year, although if you're a preview member you can try it out today) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- anyway, i watched the entire microsoft E3 stream today, the hololens looks really neat, defintly looking forward to halo 5 and forza motorsport 6 as well, and as said above, WHOO BACKWARDS COMPATIBLITY 100% FREE,in fact, any digital games you own on xbox 360 you'll be able to access on xbone without buying a new copy, it'll just show up in "ready to install" once microsoft has got it working, and for disc copies, just put in the disc and go (once again, provided it's on the list) (at start it's going to be a 100 game long list, with many more added as time go's on, game devs just have to approve their games for backwards compatibility and microsoft will get it working) also dark souls 3 literally confirmed, trailer was shown at E3 today
Thanks tDev, now i have to re-write that damn steam guide again But this new system does sound far better. Should make it a lot easier.
3D printed Covet body doesn't look half bad now that the supports are mostly gone. If only the roof hadn't fallen off. Printing a new one now. Next time I'll print the roof upside down as a separate part first like I'm doing now, but that turned out to be a big pain. Now I want to turn it into an RC car.
3D Printing software is telling me it's about 200mm long and 90mm wide. I have a ton of old RC stuff. I'll look through the RC stuff and see if anything might work. I really have no idea what I'm doing in that sense. Just want to mess around with it. Give me some ideas on how I should go about doing that.
