Re: General discussion chat You could get a 22hp gas engine and a 3 speed manual in these things. They can get up to 40mph if they're in good shape. The have live axle in the back and some sort of suspension setup in the front. You should really do a little bit of research before you open your mouth. (dick holster) And how am I being childish? Being disappointing because an amazing opportunity to cheaply buy a vehicle that I adore. You need to grow up and stop trying to start arguments with me.
Re: General discussion chat Just got a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2014. It's pretty nice but I'm thinking I should have gotten a Corsair K70 instead.. (Still far better than the Apple aluminum keyboard I've been using for over a year.)
Re: General discussion chat Our washing machine in our apartment just broke :| Now we gotta think what are we going to do and say to our cousin, because it was breaking even before we came.
Re: General discussion chat The other day on the freeway I noticed the distinct taillights of a 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo, I so wanted to get up close and see that shit as it wasn't driving too fast. Unfortunately I was the passenger and my fuckwit mate who isn't all that into cars was doing 20 under the speed limit In other news I've just crossed "Go to America" off of my to-do list.
Re: General discussion chat Oh boy, you should have pushed his leg on the gas if he was't willing to do so by himself And wtf to the posted video...how stupid can some people be...
Re: General discussion chat Westboro Baptist Church cannot be taken as an accurate sample of america. They are extremists. That is all. - - - Updated - - - According to NHS guidelines you should seek medical attention for any skin burn resulting in a blister. Unfortunately this has lead to disagreement between my parents over whether I should be driving to A&E right this moment or driving to A&E in the morning. Mum and I both agree in the morning on the basis I have survived 24 hours with a massive thumb blister already, stepdad in his uber panic mode recommends right now. 23:37 as I type this, I'm not going now. Long story short. Hot metal = bad to touch. Temperature estimated to be a few hundred celcius. How I managed to be in a position where I am near metal with temperatures in the hundreds (well actually upto 1200 celcius or so), blacksmithing is awesome. I made clothes hooks, an ornament, a fire poker, twisted a random piece of metal bare and bent another into a spiral with nothing but intense flames, an anvil, various hammers and a vice.
Re: General discussion chat Yesterday for my birthday (Which was last week, but I spent 7 hours in a car on that day so..) I got a Horizon 180QX from my dad. It's pretty awesome. It has a camera, sadly it doesn't stream video to me or anything. It just records video and takes pics. It's not that high quality but it's decent. (720p) I took a video and uploaded it to YouTube: At the end I'm pretty sure the battery was just too low or something because it wouldn't take off.
Re: General discussion chat said above, blacksmithing totally worth the pain and exhaustion. Ever get the chance to try some traditional blacksmithing, take it. Wicked fun.
Re: General discussion chat ... A cushman is a VERY useful machine, at least for us. And $500!?!? That's an amazing price for one of those... I have a 1998 three-wheeled cushman at our place, and it's done a ton of useful work. (Including teaching me manual a long time ago.) Where I live the four wheeled model is more popular. (And cushman's do have suspensions KiloHotel ) I feel sorry for Potato now... Both of my neighbours own cushmans, one of them owns at least five now. I got to drive one of the newer models with a four speed transmission and four wheels. The power steering and bouncy suspension felt magical... It's not very easy to find cushmans though... If you want to buy an older cushman, make sure it has a Perkins Diesel and a manual transmission. (The new cushies have beautiful Kubota Diesel's which is why they cost over $20,000)
Re: General discussion chat After a week of agony and studying, today I finally had my last exam. I'm officially done with school, now summer, BeamNG and mods!
Re: General discussion chat Today marks my 15th birthday. Hurray. I should be getting a G27 for it as well.
Re: General discussion chat Loved my g25 beamng becomes a whole nother game with a good wheel Sent through the stars by my Galaxy with a Note for you!
Re: General discussion chat The world cup thread was closed for being unrelated to BeamNG even though it was in offtopic?
Re: General discussion chat Incoming desk shot: This wheel is so much fun and I have only been using it for 30 minutes.
