Re: General discussion chat The internet is made of two things: Porn and arguments. Having a 1v1 argument about pokemon on a steam group's announcements is fun. Edit: Wait, make it three. I forgot memes. It's not four because cats are a meme.
Re: General discussion chat I'm right now reading a very very detailed list of the model year changes of Crown vics for every year between 1998 and 2011 instead of sleeping for school. It's 3am But hey, who needs school when you know that, beginning in 2005, that's the light that signifies that the crash severity sensors and weight-sensing passenger airbag are disabled?
Re: General discussion chat Tdev said a while ago that he disabled it. Fine by me, I hated tapatalk when I tried it. - - - Updated - - - Thanks whoring, lol, a new low
Re: General discussion chat I hate having to use the browser because vBulletin mobile crashes on every browser for WP. Anyways looking around for a cheap good case and I cant find anything in kabebia
Re: General discussion chat I had no issues with vbulletin on windows phone. Oh, all windows phone browsers are just IE wrappers

Re: General discussion chat I just looked and holy shit. Down here we invented shit bro. We invented the Tank, Electric drill, Pacemaker, the feature film, hills hoist, solar hot water, the notepad, the refridgerator, the black box flight recorder, ute, blast glass, plastic spectacle lenses, the ultrasound, race cam, bionic ear, baby safety capsule, Wi-Fi, underwater PC, cervical cancer vaccine & blood test to prevent stillbirth.. Fuckin Straya
Re: General discussion chat First tank built was little willie. English although no sole designer, many people were given cash awards including 1 australian, however this australian actually made no contribution to little willie, he actually submitted his own tank design which was rejected by the war office. I'd accredit the modern tank to the french (they were first to use a 360 turret in the Renault FT light tank) The electric drill, yeah, 1889 melbourne. Germans then beat everyone else to the first handheld one. Pacemaker. First device to do it was indeed built in sydney, very very different from the modern pacemaker of course. Based on an english doctors theories, tough tits for him though considering he never tested them 4 years later an american from his own independent efforts produced a similar hand cranked device which he named the pacemaker, same task though, just different name (dont know if australian one was named). Interesting development in pacemaker tech as recent as 2013, microscopic devices that rather than requiring invasive surgery are inserted and fed up an artery from a leg catheter. Story Of The Kelly Gang in 1906, first feature film with 4000 feet of tape. Hills Hoist, basically unavailable outside of australia and new zealand anyway First known solar water heater was in 1896 in Baltimore USA. Notepad, Massachusetts USA, 1888. Or more accurately, the legal pad. First artificial refrigeration machine notably predates the colonisation of australia entirely, 1755 in scotland, although was too small to do any useful work. You then have american and british developments throughout the early 1800s culminating in an american filing a british patent for a vapour compression system in 1850 which was refined into a practical system in 1851 by a british journalist who had emigrated to australia. Vapour compression itself being american and the aussie fridge being refined from this design to me makes the refrigerator an american invention as the australian model was simply the first practical one built and not actually a new invention. First flight recorder. 1939, france. Australia built the first crash survivable one in the 50s though which itself leads to the so called "Black Box". Ute, 30's, ford of australia. Got bored of wikipedia at this point.
Re: General discussion chat Got my micro sd card. Totally lived up to its 90mb/s read speed claims. Whether the tablet or sd card are at fault i have no idea. I guess that i will have to try and ensure that anything that needs to open fast is stored on the device it self. I will do further testing myself though. UPDATE: Formatted card in the device. No change, changed from exFAT to NTFS, also no change. Will try in sd card adapter on main rig. UPDATE2: Its even slower on the desktop PC using a sandisk sd reader, reaches just under 20mb/s, dont know what i expected really since it is a usb 2.0 sd card reader.
Re: General discussion chat wat nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu darnit, guess i won't be browsing on my phone (i don't like using it on my phones browser, it's unintuitive and annoying as shit (the forums on mobile, not my browser))
