Re: General discussion chat Yeah I've heard a few people have come off the roads in Maine. Snowing onto already frozen over ground apparently, recipe for disaster. No snow yet this year in UK, none at all last year, well, it tried once last year but achieved nothing but a very very light dusting of the ground. Our temperatures are finally getting to be around freezing so ice risk is beginning to creep back in and snow wouldn't be unexpected (although I haven't checked forecasts). UK never tends to get below -5c during day as a yearly low and 25-30c as a high, boring. Night time, I've been in -15c, still nothing compared to the massive freeze over that hit the US last year but Christ, could probably grate cheese on a scrotum at that temperature.
