Yeah the current trend is, "lets add DLC to everyone's detriment", and "let's rebrand a game with a map change and some minor new content, and advertise it as a new experience" (Forza motorsport is obviously not "built from the ground up") I do like FH5 I have over 170 hours, but the only reason I come back is the updates. Also, it is a bunch of bull that they don't allow offline mods. if the game detects you used a mod OFFLINE, as soon as you go back online with or without the mod, you're banned from the servers. Either way, I'm excited for FH6.
Well, I tried to explain myself. I tried to make it clear that I made a mistake, but you equate that to YouTube apology videos. Seems like you can't tell the difference between that (no real substance, "I'm sorry" and that's it-- no attempt to explain where things went wrong) and what I tried. I'm not surprised. But you know what? Keep going at it! You earned it! (If you actually do this, congrats, you have not understood my joke. Now do you see what I mean???) No, but I've heard that there's a lot to do. That said, adventure games have never really been my thing, so I probably wouldn't play it a lot anyway. Eventually I won't feel like exploring...
it ALSO was satire. --- Post updated --- it just had that logan paul apology vibe to it lol, i thought itd be quite funny if i sent that
Great, I done goofed again. Well, I made my point already. I'll take no more back-and-forth on this. Especially because I have a question for you: how many ThinkPads do you own? I've got two in my house-- one that I don't remember the model number of right now, and an X61 from 2006. The latter I bought off of eBay, and I was hoping to use it some... until I found out the battery holds absolutely no charge whatsoever. I bought another battery, and that also had no charge. Lovely. (Almost a whole year after I started, I'm still looking for a laptop. No, I don't want a new one.)
It might be something bad with the cables connecting the power? Or are these batteries known for their bad quality? (I'm using a Lenovo chromebook and haven't had any issues)
No, the charging cable isn't bad. That's the only thing keeping the X61 alive. The moment it gets disconnected (or the outlet you connected it to loses power), the X61 dies immediately. If I can remember to, I'll get a video demonstrating such. I don't think the batteries have any awful reputation, but do know that the batteries are over a decade old. (Or at least, the one I bought off of eBay was at least a decade old.) Of course they weren't going to last that well to the present day. Of course you wouldn't have issues with your Chromebook (except for the fact it is a Chromebook-- I was forced to use one for a school year, and I NEVER want to use one ever again), given how much of a new thing they are. New question: does anyone here still watch TV? One might guess because I'm asking this, I do, but actually I don't. I think I'd like it... I do enjoy game shows... but I have not bothered to get even an antenna to get my local stations. Meanwhile, my dad... it's a completely different story. There's so many things to describe that I'd actually rather not right now. Maybe later.
Anyone realize that today is the 80th anniversary of Operation Overlord? --- Post updated --- Also I made my first wikipedia edit woo hoo
...is that why Saving Private Ryan was today's Wikipedia featured article? Or is that a huge coincidence? (I feel incredibly compelled to go on a tangent about how Wikipedia isn't as fallible as people like my dad think it is; the article protections that can be applied, the actual community behind it, all that...)
My first one was adding links to all the "Grand Marquis" wording on the Mercury Marquis page that redirect to the Grand Marquis page. What did you do?
My first ever Wikipedia edit was blasting no-one on a talk page of a joke article, saying that I couldn't be brainwashed if I'm not a "Wikipedian". ... Yeah, I know. I'm not particularly proud of it either.
Just to make things clear: the coincidence I was trying to connect is the fact that the 80th anniversary of D-Day might be why Saving Private Ryan was the featured article on Wikipedia for the day. Not a random (to Wikipedia, that is) person's first ever edit. Hmm, I feel this post has too little stuff for what I've usually been writing. Hmm... what do... oh, I know! Make this post meta (no, not Facebook) by taking a photo of it! Yeah, that'll work.
