Dos anyone else have a freind that talks absurdly loudly at the worst possible times?

One day (when I was about 16), I asked my dad to look for video games online. While we were doing this she came up and said (in a specifically higher volume) "Don't You Have Enough Video Games?"

I bet, if I was running from a gang of robbers, and hid in an alley. She would come up to the alley and say, "WHY ARE YOU HIDING FROM THE ROBBERS?"
