Re: General discussion chat Great. When my mom had her iPhone 4 she told me I could have it when she gets a new phone. I thought she had traded it in but today she found it in an old purse and then gave it to my brother. He says he's gonna use it as an iPod even though he actually has an iPod Touch with a non-shattered screen.
Re: General discussion chat I made a move. It failed. Does that mean we can't be friends? To me, the friendzone is just that, friends. I'm under no disillusion, I know we can't be any more than that. But to me, rejection doesn't mean you have to ignore that persons existence forevermore.

Re: General discussion chat lol, my siblings just asked me for help on there laptop, i go over there, to see 2 program shortcuts on there desktop to what are clearly viruses. i should set there ACC to parental controlled, then block them from downloading anything without my permission
Re: General discussion chat I have learnt 1 very important thing. Family machines should run linux. That way you have to teach them how to do everything all over again which might sound like a disadvantage but then they dont know how to do anything else. They cant break anything. Anything they do break, SSH.

Re: General discussion chat There's all of you talking about girlfriends and such. Then there's me. Homecoming was yesterday. Instead of going to the dance, I just had a thing at our house with 3 of my friends (including one who lives like an hour away, so most of us hadn't seen her for a month or two and one of my friends hadn't seen her for a year-ish). There was much insanity. Going down little spiral slides with 5 people gets interesting. And awkward. I technically could have gone to the dance afterwards, but I don't really like dances. Standing awkwardly in a packed gym with lots of people I don't like while terrible music is deafening me is not my cup of tea.
Re: General discussion chat Just install some decent anti virus and tell them to listen to it when it complains. Set it up to do a weekly scan. Then if they get a virus tell them to try and use google to find out how to remove it. Perhaps they might even learn something in the process. - - - Updated - - - Fair enough. I completely skipped my schools end of GCSE prom. Not my sort of thing, stayed at home and played BeamNG instead. Will probably do the same thing for the end of A-Levels one. Although yesterday i did my annual leave the house thing. One of my friends has a birthday thing every year (who woulda guessed) where we go to the cinema and then pizza hut, was pretty awesome. Went to see "The equalizer" which as it turns out is a pretty great film, albeit filled with Sony products.
Re: General discussion chat wine doesn't always work, and they won't get 100% performance :/ besides, a 4 (almost 5) year old is not going to be able to figure out how to use linux anyway i've already stated what ill end up doing, standard acc, parental controls blocking downloads without my permission, get rid of avg and replace with microsoft security essentials + malwarebytes
Re: General discussion chat I just pulled an anti social on and didn't go to the football game or dance. Idk why you would go to the dance without a date. I usually like football games, and it was our first home game since the beginning of the season, but it was pouring down rain. And our team sucks. Sucks terribly. When you can't really socialize, and there isn't a good game to watch, there's really no reason to go. I did go to a friends house last weekend with about 4 other friends. Was fun. Also I just went to a ford dealership to look at cars. I want an Expedition now <_<
