I've just had this theory:
Cars with no material and no texture are the BeamNG equivalent of rust, and all BeamNG cars are still being produced in infinite quantities despite their production years suggesting otherwise.

 

Does anyone know were I could find good free models for mods?

Is there a way to get ai to drive to a designated location

 

spawn a car/prop there then set the AI to "follow"

That was that one Lamborghini pickup right? I heard that it was originally designed for military use but it didn’t work for them so they sold it with a V10

Yeah, the Prototype had a V12 countach in the back but that was really bad at handling while testing, so they moved the engine to the front and decreased 2 cylinders.

 

But is there a way to make only one do that?

 

If you're looking for the penultimate control, you might consider looking into Flowgraph (the 'AI Arrive' node does more or less exactly what you're describing). There's a learning curve, but it can be really rewarding.

 

a more simple solution would be to get the AI Control UI app and control the car through that
