Well, I bought the Flatout 1 on Steam and I`m satisfied with my purchase. But I noticed one thing: is it just me, or the Grinder sounds like has a bit of Beamng I6?

Depends. I'd say it's a bit concerning if you'd already reached 2,000 messages in the 4 months you've been here or were posting upwards of 500 messages every day. But your posting rate is fine imo
