Yeah, because everybody needs a bunch of confidence and self-esteem. Look at Improvement Pill, he's highly confident and he loves himself. Look how bad he is. Look at Psych2Go's habit video. appesh1 hated it and he like Psych2Go. "Good habit" and "Bad habit" videos are cancer from what I can tell. Imagine if Improvement Pill made a habit video. 1. I guess. I am not really the kind of person to go to parties so I wouldn't really know. 2. From what I have heard, it seems to be an average self help Youtube channel that just gives a "one size fits none" blanket statement for everything. If you don't like that channel so much, then why do you still watch them?
1: Okay then. 2: I watch Improvement Pill just to see what his videos are like. He can be informative, but I don't like him. Now why do I watch him you may ask? I just like responding to his videos and I like ranting. I have one more question for you. What do you think of Psychology/mental health?
I don't know. I learned how to use psychology in high school. People would always bother me so I figured out how to use psychology against them. If someone was trying to mess with me I would act super angry for a few seconds, then be calm for a moment, and then act like I am struggling to control myself. I didn't care about what other people thought of me, and I wasn't scared of getting punished, so it worked. People thought I was crazy and unpredictable so they left me alone or started to be nice to me out of fear. As for mental health, I deal with it on my own. I set goals for myself that are in reach. I don't care much about things that aren't in my control. I don't let what other people think of me bother me. I found a career where I am happy. I have great friends that support me, and cut ties with people who didn't. My mental health is in a good place right now. Anyways, find a way to keep yourself sane and happy, nobody else can control your emotions or state of mind.
