James May's reassembly program on TV is great. Loved watching him assemble a Hornby train set and his anecdotal stories. Would certainly recommend that others find a way to watch it *hint hint nudge nudge* ;-) Not sure where in the world you are but in the UK it doesn't matter what returns policy or warranty is offered, if the product is not fit for purpose you have the right to return it. Not sure what the exact wording is since there is likely some stuff about being reasonable in there, but you would certainly be within that bracket.
I can attest to this. I returned a Nokia Lumia 520 a while back because it didn't fit my needs, well that's what I told carphone warehouse.

Hmm, a lot of fog and a temperature of -1 C is not fun for everyone. Saw two crashed cars when I was bringing some friends home. (20km). The vision was only 25 meters so it was quite a trip in the dark.
The worst weather in my town that I've experienced was when it was 21 F and we had about 1.8 inches of snow (basically ice). Everything shut down for the day.
The worse weather my area got was snow, creating road conditions similar to this. Literally most of the stuff in this video sounds like stuff @Potato and/or @HadACoolName would say.
The "all weather" tyres club Not that winter tyres are a guaranteed safety net Then again I don't know anyone who puts winter tyres on their cars in the UK, even when it does get cold outside. It should probably be more common in this country just for the cold weather in general since the winter tyre compounds can handle lower temps without loosing grip. Then again you get a lot of people who drive at 5mph along a gritted road just because there was a bit of frost on the grass which is asking for problems on a clear road.
