This seems like a strange incident: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...ntrol-decapitated-119-mph-crash-a7438451.html I mean, I guess its possible that the car suffered a total catastrophic systems failure on the electronics side. Including error logging too I suppose, although somewhat unlikely. However during the 8 min phone call with the police you would expect taking the car out of gear and applying the brakes would have been suggested, since it was a manual, with non electric brakes. Very strange incident. Assuming it wasn't suicide ofc.
To get serious, I'm surprised no one else mentioned this in the comments section there. In Canada, it's completely illegal for any car to have non-mechanical steering or brakes and can't imagine it being any different in the UK, especially on a car that's basically a Golf underneath. Either the driver and 999 operator were both completely incompetent, the car suffered dozens of electrical and mechanical malfunctions simultaneously, or this was an incredibly unusual suicide.
Definitely not a failure I'm more than certain that it was a suicide. He asked if he should pull the handbrake and no matter what when you see an impending collision and speed like that you would try anything to stop even if you "don't know what will happen". Besides there is no way there was massive electrical failure along side mechanical failure at the same time. Its not a drive by wire car (which should be illegal really..) so its a completely separate system.
My handwriting isn't so bad. Not phenomenal either, but pretty legible. Although many other computer science students make mine look like a work of art
My handwriting is pretty legible too, but my signature looks like a work of art because of cursive handwriting.
This looks pretty awesome. About time Intel made some reasonable price to performance parts. http://www.gamenguide.com/articles/...hat-beat-intel-i5-6400-7350k-details-here.htm
So I guess this would suggest that AMD is going to have some competitive CPU's on the market in a similar time frame. Since its not like Intel to do things like this without pressure.
Nah, I meant £59.99, in my preferred colour. Guess I never noticed that error then - will correct it.
My signature actually looked decent in 5th grade, but it's currently increasingly starting to look like ass.
My signature is bad, but since we have to write our signature on the register for each lecture and workshop I at least know that the majority of other people's are just as bad. I swear some peoples are just a random scribbles in their box, like literally just a couple horizontal lines zig zagged level of scribble. But I don't have any issues with that.
This would be the reason why: http://www.tweaktown.com/news/55126/amds-new-zen-based-499-cpu-beats-intels-999/index.html While it's still only speculation and should be taken with a grain of salt, it's highly interesting. For the first time in 5 years we're going to have some competition in the CPU segment. 2017 is going to be very fun.
