People need to stop begging for mods though. It's just annoying, hence why I trolled him. A 0 point warning from nad and he also told me to not do it again.
I don't even meet any of the system requirements other than the os and I still play on normal settings (without lighting and fancy post-fx settings)
Garlic bread, with Garlic butter added, with Lazy garlic added onto that, then some red Leicester cheese on that and cheddar cheese on top. I am not sure I will survive eating it but damn is it gonna taste good. It might just be the best garlic Bread.... In the world. Well, after having eaten it. While it did taste amazing, I think it could have been improved had the cheese not been floating on a layer of grease. The grease had overflowed all over the baking tray xD
Buying a new (quite old) pickup, and I've started modeling it in Blender for future use in Beam; all I'll say is that "it's really a desirable old girl."
He sang (or tried to, anyway)... In the spirit of Easter (albeit 2 weeks late), here is John Daker in all his glory:
Went to the dump and helped get rid of some old furniture crap, noticed a PS1 sitting on the top of the electronics pile (lots of hair dyers and irons, boring junk) So then I went ahead and grabbed it while no one was looking. Turns out it looks basically new, works totally perfectly and it hasn't even got dust inside of it. There was also a neat 70s TV there but it looked like it had been sitting in a lake for years A free PS1 is the best PS1.
to be fair, intel has REALLY stepped up their integrated graphics game since the hd 4600, all the IRIS integrated graphics are pretty decent (well, for integrated graphics anyway)
New camera is coming in the mail tomorrow or this arvo. here's a demo that someone else shot, not my video.
Now I'm going to look around for stuff at the dump --- Post updated --- Why do so many people have anime characters as their profile picture?
I "stole" one from a Sony executives office fairly recently. I'm working in what used to be their headquarters in nyc. The building was bought from them and when they moved out they threw shit away you would not believe. I was walking the building when I spotted it among a bunch of personal effects clearly left behind in one of the offices. It had a demo copy ridge racer in it labeled not for sale. My theory is it sat in sonys basement for 20 years in a box and when they moved out, some dick head found it and decided to play it before he vacated for an hour and decided it wasn't worth taking home. I decided it was considering it's a dead mint ps1 with maybe 5 hours of use on it. Not a legendary heist but a cool one man's trash is another's treasure story.
I have a pre-production unreleased beta of Windows XP. I think it was distributed to OEMs to prepare for the release, but the disk's final size is a bit larger than my retail copy (sans service pack). Got it from a box 'o garbage from a moving neighbor. Also, on the discussion of getting old hardware for free, this is basically my hobby. Just three days ago I scored an HD 4670 from an e-waste dump, along with two floppy drives and an MS-DOS install floppy and some cables. Not sure if the graphics card works, but it's in great shape and looks like it just fell from the million or so PCs being dropped off.
