It's from 1988, so they weren't that old back then.

    It's like a 2005-2020 guide now.

You're correct, they're not that old. Tbh, I didn't even know the guide was from 2005 to 2020.

    It's a 1978-1988 guide.

It isn't actually, he just meant that the guide he posted was of the same relevance in 1988 as a 2005-2020 guide is now

    Uh, okay.
I'm really sorry, I wasn't paying attention well at all. I do think he should've said that it was a 1978-1988 guide in the first place, though.

Cool, what do you think of the 1960-1970s Ford Trucks?

They are ok. I prefer GM though.

So you prefer 60's to 70's GM trucks? Have you even driven an old pickup truck?

I test drove a 1976 Suburban. I would have bought it if the seller didn't sell it out from under me.

"Sell it out from under me." Uh, so they sold it to someone else?

This is unrelated to the discussion above, but I really have a soft spot for the Sentra SE-Rs. It's a underrated budget performance vehicle, and wouldn't make a bad first car for someone looking for an affordable sporty car.

I'd actually own one if I knew of any that are nearby me, but unfortunately I don't.

Yes. Basically I went home to get the money, and when I came back it was sold.

Oh, so that's what it was? Okay then, well. I hope you can find another old Suburban and buy it.

I did. That was before I bought the one I have now. I couldn't find any cheap squarebody Suburbans like I originally was looking at for a reasonable price. Any time I would find one, it was sold within the day. I eventually found mine, which is an OBS Suburban that still has the feel of an older squarebody. It is two tone, 4x4, and has throttle body injection that it is simple like a carburetor, but is more user friendly.
