I'd say around 120-140, atleast for me. It must also be able to survive snow, since where I'm going to live later on (Eugene, OR) has an possibility of snowing. Rain isn't much an problem, and hail is likely not gonna happen.
Any modern car can handle snow. Of course, if the snow is going to be really deep, you are gonna want something with more ground clearance. Equally, anything rear wheel drive is going to be more of a handful. If it's a "high performance" car you may need to change the tyres though, normal all seasons are fine for occasional snow assuming the driver is sensible, but the sportier summer tyres that more performant cars come with will struggle.
Okay, sensible. I think the Avalon checks off that. Other factors I might need to be informed of is length, width, and height, especially height because I need to be able to fit in it.
Did you just say RWD cars are good in snow? Also I think modern cars (excluding crossovers and SUVs) can't really handle snow. But I guess we have different definitions of snow (mine is when it reaches the bumper).
What is the distance between an surface and the under-frame of the new Avalon? I'm not so keen on it.
Looking for cars when your family is tall is so hard these days. Cars have been getting thicker due to safety, and our 2007 odyssey has a lot more leg room then the new ones.
How not to do an acceleration video... equipped with a downhill road, loud music, silly launch from 6K RPM and bouncing off the rev limiter before shifting up *sigh*
Sorry, I just sometimes find English figures of speech/whatever they are called difficult to understand.
No worries I can vouch for the Hyundai I40, rear legroom is pretty decent, especially if you can fit your feet under the front seats (i'm 175cm for reference, so pretty average for an adult). I imagine that most sedan/estate cars offer similar though. Any modern MPV should probably offer a fair amount too. Some MPV's (VW Sharan, Ford Galaxy, C4 Picasso) [I presume they sell something similar in the US] Literally anything from this article come to speak of it: https://www.carwow.co.uk/best/cars-with-three-separate-rear-seats Last time my parents were looking for cars, SUV's and Crossovers tended to be worse for rear leg room and bootspace. Things might have changed since 2011, but that might still be a theme.
The only one that they sell here on that list is the Audi Q7, and that has abysmal rear leg room. Im 176 CM, and im still a fetus.
Well, they do sell the XC90 and Prius + in America, although the Prius + is sold as the Prius V here.
Here's something I neglected to post two days ago. I went somewhere that day, and while I was sitting in the lobby of a place I went to, I read some magazines, one of them being Car and Driver, and I saw this ad in it. I think it sounds like a great opportunity. If it's how I perceive it, if I ever manage to go to either LA or Las Vegas, I'll stop by and try to get a chance to drive a Ferrari 458. I'd save up some extra money in order to do it. I also came across this about the Pontiac Aztek, and I was hoping to hear some opinions here. I highlighted the one in question.
It seems like it. Every now and then I see one. That same day I remember spotting two Azteks, one of them was red, the other was white.
