That is just a directly rebadged Chevrolet Caprice Classic with no differences. The actual Parisienne ended production sometime in '87 or '88 (not sure) and had a number of visual differences (grille and trim mostly) over its Chevrolet sibling. That one is in a really good shape, but being a Saudi car that isn't really much of a surprise.
The Parisienne also differed in interior and taillights and also came with fender skirts. EDIT: The Pontiac Parisienne might've been a huge seller in the 80's in Saudi Arabia, with the Caprice probably taking over.
Americans (and Canadians) have recieved the WM Chevy Caprice but they were only sold new as Police vehicles (decommissioned ones can be purchased by civilians of course). Speaking of Chevy, here is the 2019 Silverado:
Welp, I got ninja'd. I'm not sure about the dimensions but at least it looks around 100x sleeker than the old model, which is always a good thing. I also hope there is some serious weight reduction going on.
It is too Ford like for me. The rear end looks like an Super Duty copy and the front has F-Series-like grille that blends in with the Tahoe headlights.. I even mistaken it for an F-Series infused Colorado. The Ram on FCA's sides isn't much better with their 2019 mule looking like the new Tundra.
You say that like I wouldn't know this Great.. Australia finally gets the Silverado and Chevy goes and makes it the ugliest pickup in history.
When I saw the new Silverado, I thought it was a Toyota Tundra. --- Post updated --- Assuming FCA can get worse.
Nope, after Holden launched in 1948, Chevrolet didn't sell anything in Aus. The closest we got was the Holden Suburban in the 90's. Although Ford did build & sell the F-Series here in the 80s
You sure on that? I've never heard of a Chevy being sold officially in Aus within the last 70 years, nor can I find anything to say they have been. Any sources?
