Use the part selector on those parts. IIRC, you should have an option for things like the fuel tanks for colorable, black, and chrome options

The bumper, chassis (frame color), fuel tanks, side steps, and steel wheels have different options whether they're Paintable (Colorable), Black, Polished or Bare Metal.

That's nothing strange at all, you just gotta be thorough with what you do

Okay, I found the paintables parts in the configurator. But I havve one question : why the chassis's, front grill, fuel tanks and bumper don't mach the thumbnail so ?
Because some configs have paintables parts, and some configs no.

Doesn't anyone else agree that the Conventional Sleeper Trims on the Small, Large, and Large Aero Sleeper should be removable? We can remove the Day Cab Trim but why not the Sleeper Trim? It would make sense to have the two of them as an optional part.

Also, don't forget that the Conventional Aero Sleeper Cab has no shades for the windows while the Cabover one does.

I have a few questions about semi-trailers, and since there's no dedicated thread for them, I'll just post here: Why haven't dump trailers ever had cargo options? I need a full load of rocks! Also, the inability to overload flatbed trailers really takes away a lot of fun—imagine loading three 30-ton steel coils onto a trailer and then trying to drive it or using it to create an extreme accident scenario! The trucks in the game are already quite detailed, but they're still far too light. In reality, some front-four-rear-eight dump trucks can carry loads exceeding 50–60 tons, while semi-trailer combinations can reach 150–200 tons (which is absolutely real-world feasible). A few dozen tons of cargo is nowhere near the upper limit of these monsters. In short, I'd love to see much greater customization options for truck cargo. Not sure if anyone else shares this idea.:p

we tried some stuff for the dump beds/trailer, however we weren't able to make any of the configs with rock loads run well enough on minimum spec hardware unfortunately.
We though of doing some "mystery load" hidden under a non-removeable tarp, however that would be very not satisfying when crashing or trying to dump the load (nothing would actually happen, and tailgate would have to be locked shut to the body as well)
