I've seen that truck race a few times. It kinda looks like the one my family memeber was a pit crew member for --- Post updated --- No just sponsership logos and such.
I know, I can't wait either. However, it's up to what you want to do. Just don't let people judge you for how long, or how short it takes! I suppose I mean, go at your own pace
As long as you finish it one day in the future I look forward to it and waiting makes it all the more exciting with each new update till the very end. I have hope for this and so do a lot of others, you definitlly don't wanna rush it to the point where it may bomb out. It is like art, patience can be what makes the art, art! --- Post updated --- Maybe what you can do in that case is go ahead and try getting it in the game and maybe have some testers and see what you need to fix and what not. It may be good to have mutliple people looking for problems that can lead to something bad like the tires from the LMSC where it cause everything to explode, don't want that happening now when racing do we? This is just my opinion seeing how you want to get playing with it. Again I can wait as long as I need to for this, just make sure no one passes you up OK? Don't want that happening either. Would it be beta testing or alpha in this case? I get confused between the two. LOL
There isn't to good of a guess but just keep on coming back to the thread (not asking any questions, unless it is something that isn't involved around the release date.) to see if anything has changed.
Guys please stop asking about the release date. I'ts been said numerous times just read the previous pages. It's starting to get a little annoying.
It's really annoying, I'm not even the dev. Just "STOP IT!" It'll be out when it's out if he feels like it. I hope i'm not being to rude in saying this.
To everyone asking about the release date i will say it again... i have no idea. I am not the only one working on it anymore. I am responsible for all of the visual components of the mod and other people have volunteered to take care of the programming side of things. This is a learning experience for me and there are many things i still need to learn. I have never made something even remotely as complicated as this project. The modeling is finally comming to a close having gone on since august, and that was the part i knew about and had experience with. The texturing for this model is more complicated than anything i have ever worked on so to try and guess when it will be done would be pointless at this stage. I will say it again i am aiming to have something released by the beggining of next year. If i finish it sooner than that you will get it sooner
Just so you guys know, I am going to be doing the majority of the jbeam work on this mod, and I will be helping @matty1080 with the texturing and UV unwrapping. He sent me the model today, I have been going over it and it is nearly ready to begin jbeaming, just have a few little tidy up parts left
