Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside Maybe I'll make such 'flaps' (or how you'll call them) for the flatbed. First I'll wait until the pre race update is released, I've been warned I've got to adjust many jbeams. The fourdoor Moonhawk is therefor also on hold. I've adjusted the mesh again, but it's a waste of time if I'm going to finetune the jbeams now... I was also thinking of making a longer flatbed (yes I tried putting the Covet on it) but I'm afraid it doesn't look realistic without extending the wheelbase. Which probably will give me a headache (And it will be a waste of time before the pre race update is released.)
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed This is awesome Yesterday I was thinking how cool it would be for there to be a step side for the D-15, and here it is. Thanks for uploading
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed I've been waiting for this mod since I got the game! You sir are the DrowsySam/Dkutch of the future Challenge: Make a D-series SUV, with 3-door SWB and 5-door LWB versions.
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed For the bullbar something like this. of just mod the stock bull bar to have blinkers and other details. For the rims I think these classic ones would be nice if those are to complicated, these might be easier Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed Today im thinking of an Grand Marshal wagon. But this wont happen :´(
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed MrNiz was making one but I think it might dead Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed I thought a GM ute would be cool. Who knows, I might end up making one.
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed I know. I have his "Beta" of it but it misses the hatchdoor :´(
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed I was thinking of making a Moonhawk station based on the Moonhawk sedan shown a few posts back. And based on that station a ute (Like the 1977 El Camino uses the Chevelle station's chassis, according to Wikipedia) If I'll make it, I will make it after the pre-race update. I'm not sure such a bullbar will make much difference to the gameplay, besides I couldn't find pictures of 1980-1990 American midsize pickups having a bullbar with a blinker. In the next update steel rims will be 'unlocked' for the D15, I think they look like the pictures shown. And it will be easier modding such rims if you're still not happy about them.
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed The truck looks quite nice. kinda like a old 50's chevy flareside cause I remember those so good job and everything else seems fine.
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed I actually thought of the GM, but a Moonhawk ute would be awesome.
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed I'm currently rebuilding the D15 mod using the new D15 files, so it drives and behaves like the new one. The old one should still work if you copy the original D15 materials.cs from the 'Pickup' to the 'PickupFS' directory. In the new one I'll include a longer D15 chassis with an 8'bed and a longer flatbed, and I'll include a adjusted H45 chassis including it's suspension and wheels A 'D35' -ish (Duallies at the rear) pickup will be a option, and also a car hauler. I'm also molding a quad cab, but that is for the long term. And I found some nice rims
Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed Those rims look very nice Once you've finished this, can you make a flatbed for the pigeon?
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed Looking really nice and I can't wait to download the newer version!...nice thread...easy on the brain. You do good work sir!
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed Nice, you should do some Monster edition or something like that.
Re: Gavril D15 Stepside/Flareside & Flatbed Still busy expanding, improving and updating this mod. Added two adjusted H45 chassis's (shortened and lengthened) including the suspension and with an adjusted Off-Road suspension. Unfortunately I still got lots of errors. Also got the VY-node missing error with the tie rods. Which is a bit weird, because the front suspension and D15 chassis is unaltered. The adjusted off-road suspension combined with the H45 chassis has also this problem, but the original 'heavy' front suspension combined with the H45 chassis has not. Anybody a idea what is could be? I made a crew cab option, but this is probably not in the upcoming update. It still needs a n/b. I'll try to finish the D15 stepside, a lengthened D15, a shortened and lengthened H45 chassis (D35?) with a single cab and a 8' bed (added nodes, I did not just stretch it) or car hauler. Hereafter I want to make the Moonhawk Sedan and Station, and subsequently I'll try to finish the crew and quad cab.
