Game crashes when I press R, I, or Insert [No Wheel]

Whenever I try to reset my vehicle my game crashes with the message "GPU Is not responding" even though my GPU Clearly shows it's up and running. I have no mods loaded and don't have a steering wheel. P.S. the Specs in my bio are for my old desktop computer)

Can we have a list of your new system - because if you are using an IGPU there are current issues (commented by Tsutarja495) but if you have an AMD or Nvidia GPU - This may be a different issue, but I assume it will be an IGPU causing your issues.
