I was wondering why my frame rate is so abysmally low? I am running at about 17 frames with the d-series on the lowest graphic settings. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to improve my fps. I am running on a laptop but I have a Intel i7-4510u so the frame rate seems very low. I get pretty good frames in most games but Beamng seems to steal my fps. Why?

Make sure you're not on any "power saving" mode and plugged in to an outlet

If you have an integrated GPU and a high powered one, then right click on BeamNG and select "Run with graphics processor" and select the appropriate one (Nvidia only)

it is "on" but it has to be triggered and beamng often doesnt trigger the turbo boost so in my case clock stays at 2.4 ghz. to trigger it im using ThrottleStop.
