I don't really mind the update, just kinda happened at a bad time for me since I need to use the wiki. I liked the old version, and am not usually into change, but since it hasn't become any harder to use, I don't see any reason not to like it. But I do think the old orange fit the forum better than this green.

Set up like this, how? What is it you don't like?

No one like change, even if it's actually better. That's something you'll see everywhere, people just don't like change. And this is a problem, because even though it may be better people react highly negative to it without even comtemplating over the changes.

It's nothing new. I've seen this before and it'll happen again. So can we try to minimize the negativity and say something useful? If you actually take your time to try out the new forum, there's some nice changes/features to see. It would happen anyways, and it should happen, it needed a change. So stop fighting it and contribute (talking to people in general here, not you PrimeTheBomber).

This is still a frankenstein site at the moment, it's note set in stone. Please stop going all crazy over the changes (for those who do/did).

Well, I tried uploading a 3.16 MB screenshot and it said it was too big for servers. I uploaded a different screenshot that was 1.35 MB and it uploaded just fine.

I doubt it and I really hope it isn't. I would love to have control of how my content consuming experience
is consumed. There needs to be a manageable order of things though.

Use the "Upload a file"- button on the lower right of the text box :)

Seems like it's not possible to upload files bigger than 3 megabytes, throws me an error saying the file was too big for servers or something like that.

I think this notification feature will probably get pretty annoying, considering you have a new one everytime someone replies to a thread you replied to, since there will always be new posts in popular threads like this one.

Below is a 3000x1875 image attached via a link. I also attached the same image as an attachment. To post an image inline like below, you have to upload it to an online image site (dropbox, imgur, etc) and then paste the link into the URL field when you click the image icon.

What are the requirements to have a "Well-Known Member" or "Active Member" tag on the new forums? I have only started posting very recently, but it gave me an "Active Member" tag. I think the requirements should be more strict to get a tag like that. BTW, I don't hate the new theme, but it could definitely be improved with some tweaking, and a dark theme.

Didn't expect to see that any time soon ;)

I modified the css slightly of the page to darken the background colour. I feel it help make it look a bit better by creating contrast between the posts and the background. This makes it easier to see where each post starts and ends as well as making it look less busy at the same time in my opinion. It would probably be better if you used the same colour as other areas of the screen, i just swapped it to something darker.

I also think it might be nicer if when scrolling down that the two top bars combine into a single one to save screen space. But that would take a while to implement.

    Woah...Why does it say that I'm a well-known member? o_O
Also, how do you change settings, like your signature and such, with the new forum design?

What a difference some simple changes can make. The padding on the sides and the re-ordering of the subforums looks so much better now. All we're lacking is a decent colour pallette which is probably the easiest part.

Actually another slight issue is that email notifications dont display the thread name in the subject which makes things more difficult to keep on top of.
