There is no tag for "unsupported" so he chose the closest thing, which is outdated. This mod is no longer being worked on.

I need help, The Tires on the Gt350 and GT500 are orange and i cannot change the color, it just got like this, ive has this mod for about a year now and idk why they are orange

This Mod Is Perfectly Fine Except For The Non Existent Tires But Thats Not A Huge Problem. All You Have To Do Is To Go To The Car Configuration Tab And Select Whatever Tires You Want.

 

I forgot what mod it was but there is a tire pack that you can download where cars should spawn in with tires.

 

Just a question why are you starting every word with a big letter?
