    Dear BeamNG Team,

I would like to propose a feature that could further enhance realism and user control in BeamNG.drive: a structured workshop system.

    Concept:
Players would be able to drive their vehicle to a designated workshop location on a map and perform targeted repairs and basic customization.

    Proposed Functionality:

    • Selective Part Repair:
Instead of repairing the entire vehicle at once, players can choose specific components to repair.
    • Workshop as an In-Game Location:
The workshop would exist as a physical location within maps, requiring players to bring their vehicle there for repairs.
    • Vehicle Repainting:
The workshop could also provide the option to change the vehicle’s color.
    • Informational Cost Display:
Similar to the vehicle price shown in the spawn menu, repair actions could display an estimated cost value for each component.
This value would be purely informational and would not affect gameplay or require any form of payment.
    Rationale:

    • Enhances immersion and aligns with the simulation focus of the game
    • Provides more precise control over vehicle maintenance
    • Integrates naturally with the existing damage and vehicle systems
Thank you for your continued development and attention to community feedback.
